Welcome to the King Ace Poker Founders Series · 2026–2027. This Rulebook governs all official King Ace Poker Founders Series events unless otherwise stated.

King Ace Poker is committed to delivering a premium international Founders Series experience built on:

Founders Series Director and Floor Personnel decisions are final. In exceptional circumstances, Founders Series Staff may rule outside these written rules to preserve the integrity and fairness of the game.

Entry into a King Ace Poker event constitutes acceptance of: Founders Series Rules · Terms & Conditions · Media & Live Streaming Policy · Founders Series Director decisions.

A

Registration · Entry · Seating

1. Registration

  • Founders Series entry is confirmed only after successful registration and payment.

2. Identification

  • Players must present valid government-issued photo ID or passport.

3. Seating

  • Seats are randomly assigned.
  • King Ace Poker reserves the right to adjust seating, separate related parties, and move players for broadcast or Founders Series operations.

4. Late Registration & Re-Entry

  • Late entrants and approved re-entries receive the published starting stack unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused entries after registration closes may be forfeited.

5. Player Responsibility

  • Players are responsible for: verifying registration · confirming stack amounts · arriving before commencement.

Founders Series Format

1. Game

  • Founders Series format: No Limit Texas Hold'em.
  • Founders Series chips carry no cash value.

2. Founders Series Type

  • Founders Series details will be announced per event. Format may include: Freezeout · Re-Entry · Invitational · Satellite · Championship Event.

3. Starting Stack

  • All players receive an equal published stack allocation.

4. Blind Levels

  • Blind levels increase according to the official Founders Series clock.
  • Break schedules and level durations will be announced.

5. Dealer Button

  • The dealer button moves clockwise following standard Founders Series procedures.

6. Heads-Up Play

  • When two players remain: Button posts Small Blind · Button acts first pre-flop · Big Blind acts first post-flop.

Table Management

1. Table Breaking

  • Tables may be broken and balanced throughout the Founders Series to maintain game integrity.

2. Redraw Stages

  • Unless otherwise announced, complete redraws occur at: 3 Tables Remaining · 2 Tables Remaining · Final Table.

3. Featured Tables

  • Players may be relocated for livestream, production, or Founders Series operations.
  • King Ace Poker may designate Feature Tables, TV Tables, Livestream Tables, and a Final Table Broadcast.

Chips

1. Founders Series Chips

  • Founders Series chips have no cash value.

2. Chip Visibility

  • All chips must remain visible, countable, and separated by denomination.
  • High-value chips must remain clearly identifiable at all times.

3. Colour-Up

  • Chip races and colour-up procedures may occur during scheduled stages.
  • Players cannot be eliminated solely due to colour-up procedures.

4. Moving Tables

  • Players must transport chips openly and only in approved chip racks.

Cards

1. Player Responsibility

  • Players must: protect their cards · act in turn · follow dealer instructions.

2. Dead Hands

  • A hand may be declared dead if: folded · released into muck · determined dead by Founders Series Staff.

3. Exposed Cards

  • Players exposing cards with action pending may receive penalties.

Time · Shot Clock · Game Flow

1. Calling Time

  • Reasonable delays may result in a clock call.
  • Standard action time: 30 seconds with a final verbal countdown.
  • Failure to act: hand declared dead, or automatic check if no bet exists.

2. Shot Clock Events

  • Some events may include decision timers, a Time Bank allocation, or accelerated levels.
  • Founders Series Staff decisions on time controls are final.

Player Action

1. Verbal Action

  • Verbal declarations made in turn are binding.

2. Oversized Chips

  • A single oversized chip placed without declaration is considered a call.

3. Raises

  • Raises must meet minimum raise requirements.

4. String Bets & Raises

  • All bets and raises must be completed in a single forward motion or declared verbally before moving chips.
  • String bets and string raises are not permitted.

5. All-In

  • Incomplete all-in raises may not reopen action to players who have already acted.

6. Acting Out of Turn

  • Out-of-turn actions may become binding depending on subsequent action changes.

7. Substantial Action

  • Substantial action locks the hand and may limit the ability to correct previous actions.

Showdown

1. Show First

  • The last aggressor shows first. If no aggression occurred, the first active player to the left of the dealer shows first.

2. All-In Hands

  • All cards must be tabled when a player is all-in.

3. Cards Speak

  • The best legal hand wins regardless of verbal declaration.

4. Rabbit Hunting

  • Rabbit hunting (requesting to see undealt cards) is not permitted.

5. Bubble Play

  • King Ace Poker may introduce hand-for-hand procedures, synchronized table play, or a Founders Series pause to preserve integrity at the bubble.

6. Final Table

  • King Ace Poker may adjust blind progression or level structure at the Final Table.

Electronic Devices · Assistance

1. Device Restrictions

  • Electronic devices must not interfere with play.
  • Mobile phone use must not delay or disrupt the pace of play.

2. Prohibited Assistance

  • Players are strictly prohibited from using: solvers · real-time assistance tools · odds calculators · coaching · external strategic communication · any form of strategic software.

3. Streamed Tables & Final Stages

  • Additional restrictions may apply at streamed or featured tables.
  • Founders Series Staff may restrict phones, tablets, and headphones at any stage.
  • King Ace Poker reserves the right to restrict all electronic devices during televised or final stages.

Player Conduct

Conduct Standards

  • Poker is an individual game. All players are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of sportsmanship and integrity.
  • Strictly prohibited: collusion · soft play · chip dumping · abuse · harassment · stalling · outside assistance · unsportsmanlike conduct · angle shooting.
  • English-only rule is in effect at the table during hands.
  • Players must act in good faith at all times. Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a hand through deceptive or unethical means will result in immediate penalty.
  • King Ace Poker reserves the right to remove any player whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the event.

Media · Rights · Photography · Live Streaming

1. Event Coverage

  • King Ace Poker events may be: photographed · filmed · recorded · livestreamed · televised · broadcast · distributed across digital and media platforms.
  • Coverage may include: gameplay · interviews · player reactions · featured tables · final tables · audience footage.

2. Player Consent

  • By participating, players consent to: appearing in livestreams and promotional content · use of their name · use of likeness · use of gameplay footage · use of Founders Series results · use of voice recordings.
  • Additional consent may not be requested after participation begins.
  • All broadcast and media rights remain exclusively with King Ace Poker.

3. Featured Tables

  • King Ace Poker may designate Feature Tables, TV Tables, Livestream Tables, and a Final Table Broadcast.
  • Players may be moved to these tables accordingly.

4. Streaming Integrity

  • King Ace Poker may implement: delayed broadcasts · restricted hole-card display · spectator limits · device restrictions.

5. Personal Recording

  • Personal filming or streaming by players or attendees may be restricted at any time.

Prizes · Payouts

Prize Distribution

  • Prize pools and payout structures will be published separately prior to commencement.
  • King Ace Poker reserves the right to process prize payments within 24 hours after official event completion.

Penalties

Penalty Scale

  • Founders Series Staff may apply: warnings · missed hands · orbit penalties · disqualification · prize forfeiture.
  • Serious breaches may result in removal without compensation.
  • All penalty decisions rest solely with Founders Series Staff and are final.

Final Authority

Founders Series Director Authority

  • King Ace Poker reserves the right to amend Founders Series structures, modify schedules, adjust procedures, and interpret rules at any time.
  • All Founders Series Director decisions are final.
  • In exceptional circumstances, Founders Series Staff may rule outside these written rules to preserve the integrity and fairness of the game.
