Registration & Payment Policy

Players may reserve participation by paying a USD $10,000 Reservation Deposit.

Reservation deposits are:

• applied toward the total tournament buy-in;
• non-transferable unless approved in writing by King Ace Poker;
• subject to this policy.

A reservation does not guarantee participation until all registration requirements are completed.

The USD $10,000 Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.

Upon payment:

• a provisional player position is reserved;
• event planning and hospitality commitments begin.

If a player elects not to proceed, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.

The remaining tournament balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled event commencement date.

Registrations made within 60 days of the event may require full payment at the time of registration.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration.

If King Ace Poker reschedules the event:

• all confirmed registrations and deposits automatically transfer to the revised event date;
• no action is required from registered players;
• registrations remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Players unable to attend the revised date may submit a written request for review of available options.

King Ace Poker reserves the right to:

• change venue;
• change host resort;
• adjust event schedule;
• modify hospitality inclusions;

provided the overall standard of experience remains substantially comparable.

If King Ace Poker permanently cancels the event and does not provide an alternative date, players may be offered one of the following:

• full refund of registration amounts paid; OR
• transfer to a future King Ace Poker event.

Player registrations may not be sold or transferred without prior written approval from King Ace Poker.

Accommodation, dining, entertainment and hospitality experiences are included as outlined on the website and may evolve prior to event delivery.

Equivalent experiences may be substituted where necessary to ensure the highest standard of delivery.

Players are responsible for:

• flights;
• travel documents and visas;
• personal travel insurance;
• incidental expenses unless otherwise specified.

By attending the event, players acknowledge that photography, filming, livestreaming, interviews and promotional content may occur during the tournament.

Players grant King Ace Poker and BC Entertainment permission to use event footage and imagery for promotional purposes.

Tournament structure, rulings and operational procedures are governed by the official King Ace Poker Founders Series Tournament Rules, available at kingacepoker.com/rules.

Following your deposit, a dedicated Player Services contact will be assigned to assist with all event queries and arrangements.
